Acts 2:11 Greater Manchester is a ministry, based in Bury, Greater Manchester, which seeks to support foreign-language speakers, ministry and fellowship. It began life as Acts 2:11 Edinburgh and is run by myself (Russell Phillips) under the aegis of Radcliffe Road Baptist Church.
